photo 101 (the book)

I am obsessed with looking at pictures, Nicole Hill has some of the best. Her shoots are consistently perfect and I find myself saying "oh I want a picture like that... and that... oh and that one too". If you haven't visited her blog or seen her pictures, you are missing out on some serious eye candy.

The exciting news is... she is now taking pre-orders for her new photo 101 book. The textbook covers manual exposures, composition, lenses, white balance, posing and natural lighting. Most importantly I'm sure there are some fabulous photos. It's definitely on my list of "must haves".

  5. Doug Beasley
my guru and favorite photographer. He also teaches photography workshops with titles like "Zen & Art of Photography" & "Spirit of Place". His classes are not grey scale gear classes. It is all about discovering the artist inside you.
